Embry Riddle University Propellers Restaurant is an on-campus destination for a quick lunch, pit stop or study break. While the interior is limited to a full kitchen, restrooms and small seating area, the exterior large covered deck is the center of activity. Exterior seating is spread throughout the porch and the open deck. Large fixed umbrellas shade the deck tables while a water aerator distributes a light mist from the umbrellas to provide additional cooling.
